Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they found the site, and how they move through the quote process. Analytics may receive information such as the page viewed, referral source, general device and browser details, and an approximate location derived from an internet connection. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, event addresses, event dates or times, or inquiry notes to Google Analytics.
Quote builder
The quote builder can save a limited draft in your browser so you can move between steps. That draft may include the event date, guest-count range, start and end times, drink selections, and bar choice. Your name, email, phone number, exact event address, and notes are not saved in that browser draft. You can clear the draft by choosing “Start a new request.”
Quote requests
When you choose “Send quote request,” the form sends your event and contact details to a secure quote receiver on holycity-events.com. Holy City Events is a business under the same ownership as King Street Servers. The receiver processes the request for delivery to quotes@kingstreetservers.com and may use limited technical information to prevent spam, avoid duplicate requests, and protect the service. It also keeps a private server record of submitted requests so we can recover an inquiry if email delivery fails. We use the details you send to review the event, reply to you, and prepare or discuss a recommendation and quote.
If the form cannot confirm your submission, you may choose to open a prepared message in your own email app instead. That message is sent only when you choose to send it from the app.
Address suggestions
When Google address suggestions are available, text entered into the event address field may be sent to Google Places to return matching addresses. You may also type the complete address manually.
