- Choose the six-foot teak round bar, four-foot folding bar, or Other; share the available footprint and venue setup rules.
- Your quote will clarify bartender coverage and who supplies drinks, mixers, ice, cups or glassware, and setup and breakdown.

01What details do you need for a mobile bar quote?+
Tell us your date, exact event address, start and end times, estimated guest count, drink preferences, and preferred bar type. Your custom quote will clarify the recommended bartenders and bar setup, along with who handles ingredients, ice, cups or glassware, and setup and breakdown.
02Can I choose more than one type of drink service?+
Yes. You can request beer, wine, liquor, signature cocktails, and zero-proof drinks in any combination. We review the full selection before preparing your recommendation and quote.
03What if cocktail hour and the reception use different spaces?+
Tell us where and when guests will move, and whether the same bar can stay in place. We can then discuss a second service point, a changeover, or another layout in your custom quote. Include both spaces in the notes if the event address is the same.
04Are professional bartenders included?+
Yes. Our bar options are quoted with professional bartenders. We use the guest count, event timing, service format, and venue details to recommend the right plan.
05Can the bar itself be customized?+
Yes. Choose one of our portable bars or tell us what you want built. Our in-house designers and contractors can tailor the dimensions, facade, finish, shelving, and signage around the event.
